30 October 1998 , 19:30 Celebration of Haloween in the Macedonian Emmigrants' Club in Goeteburg ended in the death of 64 teenagers. The discotheque in the Club was set on fire - at the time when the fire broke out, several hundred teenagers were inside.

The Parliament also verified the mandates of 82 delegates who took their oaths. After a pause, the commission for appointing the candidates for Chairman and Co-chairman was elected.
