My Office (OHR) received the letter signed by the Registrar of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Constitutional Court) of 12 October 2022 by which we were informed that the Constitutional Court considers OHR as a party to the proceedings in the case No.U-27/22

The applicant has challenged provisions of three articles of the Law on Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The challenged provisions of the law are ones that establish the appellate jurisdiction of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that govern the assignment of judges to the appellate division.
