Every president of a member state of the European Union, or other countries, deserves respect. I cannot say the same thing about every opinion I read.

The aim was and is to get a functional government by decision of the elected bodies. The constitutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina are full of checks and balances, and sometimes these checks and balances are misused just to block.

I think that the protests should be against the fact that for four years there had been the Government with no democratic legitimacy, while the fact that Prime Minister Fadil Novalic was sentenced to four years in prison, in the first instance, did not make the situation any easier at all.

The legal situation is clear: decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court, the highest judicial institution in the country, clearly say that State as the owner of State Property has exclusive jurisdiction to regulate it on state level through appropriate legislation adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

There have been some steps in the right direction, but the main problem still exists. I am not thinking about eradicating corruption totally, this is nearly impossible, but, if we reduced it even, it would already be good.

It is about overcoming the blockades in the Federation. It is inexplicable that for four years the Federation did not form an elected government and the federal leadership. Or that no judges have been appointed.

It is necessary to emphasize that the elections are the right of citizens, and not the right of the political parties.

I said and I say today that there is a perception that I will enact all the changes to the Election Law that were discussed. That's not what I'm going to do. It is not about the elections on October 2.
