Zaista mi je drago što sam se sastao sa BiH Povjerenstvom za restrukturiranje policije 23. listopada u Briselu. Smatram da bi bilo korisno da i u pismenom obliku izložim dio moga izlaganja sa sastanka, a što može pomoći Povjerenstvu u nastavku njegovoga rada.
