Talks End: No Agreement Reached

Talks between HDZ BiH, HDZ 1990, SDA and SDP ended late this evening in the OHR with no agreement on formation of the authorities in the FBiH. Ambassadors of the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council were present for part of the talks and have given their full support to the OHR’s efforts.

Party Leaders Agree to Talks

In separate meetings today at the Office of the High Representative in Sarajevo, the leaders of the HDZ BiH Dragan Covic, the SDP Zlatko Lagumdzija, HDZ 1990 Bozo Ljubic and the SDA Sulejman Tihic agreed to participate in consultations with OHR aimed at helping the parties to overcome the political impasse in the Federation of BiH.

BiH Leaders Told to End “Power Games”
