Jelavic on position of Croats in BiH

In an interview for Sarajevo daily Oslobodjenje, BiH Presidency Chairman Ante Jelavic warned of political processes that threaten the equality and constitutionality of Croats. Political leaders of BiH Croats claim that the most powerful trends of writing Croats out of the constitution are Bosniak attempts at unitarianism and centralization of the BiH Federation. The use of the Croat language and Croat national signs is forbidden in parts of the BiH Federation where Bosniaks are majority. If that extremely negative process is not stopped soon, the Croat political leadership and Croat nation in BiH will have a legal right to make a decision on the protection of their constitutional rights.
