Visoki predstavnik Carlos Westendorp želio bi ponoviti da je dvojno državljanstvo dozvoljeno i po Ustavu Bosne i Hercegovine i po Zakonu o državljanstvu, koji je stupio na snagu 1. siječnja ove godine.
