A New Architecture

A new architecture is emerging across Southeast Europe, High Representative and EU Special Representative Valentin Inzko said in Montenegro today, but he warned that while some political leaders “are already beginning to leverage this change into benefits for their own people, others have yet to understand what is happening around them.”

Inzko Meets Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Titov

The High Representative and EU Special Representative, Valentin Inzko, met in Sarajevo today with Russia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Titov. Their meeting comes just ahead of the meeting of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) which will take place in Sarajevo next week, and of which Russia is a key member.
