OHR, OSCE and CEC sign Memorandum of understanding
HR/EUSR Valentin Inzko, OSCE HoM Gary Robbins, and CEC President Irena Hadziabdic, today signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding which defines the advisory role that the OHR and OSCE retain within the CEC.
