High Representative to Appoint Gerhard Sontheim Acting Brcko District Supervisor

High Representative Valentin Inzko has directed the appointment of Gerhard Sontheim as Supervisor of Brcko District in an acting capacity until Ambassador Roderick Moore arrives to take up the position on a permanent basis. Mr. Sontheim’s appointment will take effect upon the departure of Supervisor Raffi Gregorian.

The Draft Law on the Status of State Property Situated on the Territory of the RS and under the Disposal Ban, adopted today in the first reading by the RSNA, does not repeal the provisions of the High Representative’s Decisions Temporarily Banning Disposals of State Property.
