Brcko District Supervisor Dr. Raffi Gregorian today lifted the ban on Ms. Desanka Jovanovic from holding a position in any District public institution.
Ms. Jovanovic was dismissed from the position of the President of the Appellate Commission of the District Government for the reasons set forth in the Supervisory Order of March 23, 2007.
He decided to lift the ban following long and careful consideration of Ms. Jovanovic’s situation, her comportment since being removed, and the length of time that has passed since her removal.
This lifting of the ban, by way of a partial revocation of paragraph 11 of the Supervisory Order, in no way absolves Ms. Jovanovic of her responsibility in the matters that led to her removal or should not be construed as conveying any rights to reinstatement, salary or emoluments associated with her former position, or will in any way negate the other portions of Supervisory Order of March 23, 2007.
