High Representative Appoints International Prosecutor to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH
In accordance with the Law on the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, today appointed Jonathan Schmidt an international prosecutor to the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

New appointments in the Government of the Brcko District
Acting Supervisor of Brcko Gerhard Sontheim today appointed Mr. Ahmet Dervisevic to the position of Head of Department of Public Safety of the Government of Brcko District of BiH. Implementation of the Property Laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina reached 90 per cent
Property Law Implementation has reached 90 per cent throughout BiH as of the end of September 2003.

Donors Raise 15.7 Million Euros For War Crimes Chamber Of BiH Court

Brcko Reconstruction and Return Task Force Completes its Mission
The Acting Supervisor of Brcko, Gerhard Sontheim, today announced that the Reconstruction and Return Task Force of OHR Brcko (RRTF) will close on 31 December 2003.
