The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, has appointed Almiro Rodrigues as International Judge of Section I for War Crimes of the Criminal and Appellate Divisions of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Senior Deputy High Representative Ambassador Werner Wnendt visited the Bosniak Gymnasium in Sarajevo today, the Gymnasium's 10th anniversary. Ambassador Wnendt met with a group of students from the 3rd and 4th grade, discussing with them - in German and English - the way they see their own future and the future of BiH within the European Union.

The Senior Deputy High Representative, Ambassador Werner Wnendt, arrived in BiH in August 2003 and will leave Bosnia and Herzegovina at the end of April. Ambassador Wnendt will take up the position as Head of the OSCE Mission to Kosovo. His successor will be appointed shortly.
