In accordance with articles 11, 37 and 39 of the Brcko Final Award of March 5, 1999, and paragraph 5 of the Annex of the Final Award of August 18, 1999, providing for the authority of the Supervisor to harmonize entity legislation in the area of the District;

Sukladno stavku 37 Konačne arbitražne odluke od 5. ožujka 1999. godine i stavku 3 Aneksa od 18. kolovoza 1999. godine;

U cilju unaprijeđenja i ubrzanja primjene imovinskih zakona;

Sukladno stavku 37 Konačne odluke za Brčko od 5. ožujka 1999. i stavku 2 Aneksa od 18. kolovoza 1999.;
Pozivajući se na Nalog supervizora od 21. ožujka 2000. o naimenovanju članova prijelazne Skupštine Brčko Distrikta Bosne i Hercegovine;

Sukladno stavku 39 Konačne arbitražne odluke od 5. ožujka 1999. godine i stavku 3 Aneksa od 18. kolovoza 1999. godine;

Sukladno stavovima 10 i 36 Konačne arbitražne odluke za Brčko, od 5. ožujka 1999., stavom 4 Aneksa od 18. kolovoza 1999. i članom 27, stavom 5 Zakona o pravosudnoj komisiji Brčko Distrikta Bosne i Hercegovine ("Službeni glasnik Brčko Distrikta BiH" broj 4/00), ovim izdajem sljedeći Nalog:
