Documents agreed by the Parties to the Vlasic Agreement – 27 April 2005
Leaders (authorized representatives) of eleven political parties met in Vlašić at the invitation of the High Representative aimed at finding a solution for police restructuring arrangements in BiH in order to open negotiations on BiH’s Stabilization and Association Agreement with the EU.

Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, welcomes the breakthrough on police restructuring in BiH
This week, the leaders of the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) political parties took a major step towards providing BiH with a modern police service that will fight crime and serve citizens. The agreement on police restructuring reached at Vlasic also represents a major step towards fulfilling the requirements laid out in the EC Feasibility Study.
