RTRS - Dragan Cavic, RS President, has today stated that revision of Dayton is out of question. Commenting on Resolution European Parliament adopted, Cavic said that Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe did not take part in creation of DA, hence it has no mandate to change it.
