The Presidency acknowledged the report by their Personal Representatives on issues related to arrested and detained persons.

Examining the letter by the High Representative, Carl Bildt, concerning the telecommunication links between the Members of the Presidency, the Presidency has also instructed that symmetrical telephone links between the Presidency Members be immediately established, and instructed the PTTs of the Federation and of Republika Srpska to complete the necessary work without delay. The Presidency also instructed the relevant authorities and experts to participate in a meeting to be organized by the OHR at the end of November, to agree on a detailed plan for the urgent implementation of the existing project of the European Bank on Reconstruction and Development inter-linking the networks.
