International organizations hold press conference
International organizations held a press conference in Sarajevo on Tuesday. OSCE spokesperson Sanela Tunovic-Becirovic said that the Sarajevo staff of the Department for Out of Country Voting uncovered many fraudulent registration application forms of voters now living in the US. Tunovic-Becirovic added that the EASC uncovered that the SDA, through manipulation, had realized its interest in the registration of out-of-country voters. The spokesperson added that the EASC decided to strike a maximum of 15 candidates from the SDA candidate list. “The EASC would determine the exact number of candidates that would be stricken from the list” she added. Information concerning fraudulent voter registration applications came from the BiH Consulate in New York. In the meantime, an SFOR official analyzed implementation of the military aspects of the Dayton Agreement. The official pointed out the importance of reducing military potentials in BiH, cooperation between the entity armies and the arrest of six persons indicted for war crimes.
