News has arrived from the US Administration that the State Department indicted nine of Serbian commandants for war crimes.

Western Alliance would not accept anything less than full compliance with the International Community demands, NATO spokesman Shea said. Shea also addressed Milosevic five questions from the allies: “Does he accept the internationally-agreed cease fire of all military, paramilitary and police forces, does he accept withdrawal of all military, paramilitary and police forces from Kosovo, does he agree with allocation of international troops for safety, does he accept return of all refugees and undisturbed access of all humanitarian organisations, and does he accept negotiations about political solution on the basis of the Rambouillet.”

UK FA Minister, Cook said that the NATO forces are intensifying their raids on FRY. Cook said that Yugoslav cease-fire is “fake and Milosevic has to try better than that.” US Minister of Defence Cohen held a meeting with NATO Council Ambassadors, and NATO Commander for Europe Clark. Cohen said that Milosevic was “worn-out” as a negotiator due to his long history of giving and breaking his own promises, due to brutal and mass military actions against Kosovo civilians, and due to ethnic cleansing of frightening magnitude. Cohen added that this is the reason why air strikes will continue until Milosevic changes his policy or change by himself.

Cyprus President Spiros Kiprianou will mediate in negotiations about release of three imprisoned US soldiers. Kiprianou demanded 24 hours cease-fire for this purpose.

Montenegrin Military Police arrested 4 ZDF journalists, who were going toward a site hit by NATO missiles. The journalists were taken into the Military Court in Podgorica. Republic Minister of information confirmed the journalist arrests and said that with diplomatic efforts of his government, they would be released.

Meeting of Contact Group was held today in Geneva, organised by the Islamic Conference for BiH and Kosovo. US Presidency Member Izetbegovic’s advisor Hajric said that the participants wanted to show their concern due to Kosovo crisis, and have discussed humanitarian and other ways of assistance from the Islamic world.
