The procedure of establishing the HoR of BiH Parliament officially began today in Sarajevo. At the session of the Chairman of the BiH Parliament, Kreso and political parties which participate at HoR, it was agreed to hold the establishing session on October 28.

Three members of the Serb Radical Party, and one member of the “For King and Country” Coalition joined the “Sloga” Coalition, the SNS President Plavsic said at today’s presser. Plavsic also said that the new RS Government should be consisted of the “Sloga” Coalition members. Discussing the property laws, requested by HR Westendorp to be adopted, Plavsic said discussion on this issue is in progress and that these laws will be adopted by November 15.

Today’s news from Kosovo says that Serbian forces not only they are not withdrawing, but are actively taking part in fighting in certain parts of the province. NATO General, Clark is in another visit to Milosevic in order Pristina (Imer Klokoci) said that at the moment of sending this report, military airplanes are flying over Kosovo, but it could not be told if they were NATO planes, or planes of the FRY Army. ‘ Identification of victims from the Glumina location mass grave is in and family who came to identify the victims. Exhumation of the Susnjari grave near Sanski Most is in progress. RS experts’ team is conducting the exhumation, and it is presumed that the grave contains about 120 bodies of Serb citizens killed during the war. RS Missing Persons Commission President Rosic did not want to confirm or deny that this is a mass grave, since there are indications that bodies were buried after being collected from Sanski Most as an aftermath of war. Rosic also thanked Bosniak side for co-operation.

Members of the International Commission for Reforms of Judiciary System held a meeting in Mostar. The main subject of the conversation held with representative of the Herzegovina/Neretva Canton authorities was the current status of judiciary system in the canton.
