Representatives of RS Parliament Parties in Banja Luka said that newly elected Mandator, Dragan Kalinic will not gain enough support from the entity Parliament. SP RS will not support Kalinic and he has small chances to gain any majority of votes in the Parliament, SP RS spokesman said. SNS spokesman said that SDS and Radicals couldn’t provide necessary majority in the Parliament in order to support Kalinic’s election for the Mandator.

Ridiculous, unacceptable and unallowable are reactions of international representatives who do not conceal their surprise about Kalinic’s appointment, despite the open opposing of the West. OSCE Mission Head, Barry demanded RS President Poplasen to recall his appointment of Kalinic and to appoint Dodik. OHR spokesperson Stiglmeyer said that Kalinic would probably be refused by the “Sloga” representatives as well as parties who represent Bosniaks and Croats. HR deputy for the media, Haselock said that OHR would not support the RS Government led by Kalinic who was a close associate to indicted war criminal Karadzic.

After yesterday morning’s expel of Seselj from Banja Luka, with heavy SFOR escort, Seselj made a press statement in which he says: “Westendorp cannot ban me do anything. I will go to the RS whenever I want.” He also accused Westendorp and his deputy Klein that they act as an occupation force in BiH and pout pressure on the RS. Seselj added he would order 10.000 baseball bats to fight the NATO if necessary. Regarding leaving Banja Luka, Seselj said he decided to do so in order to avoid possible disorders, which the occupators may have wished.

Serbian Government appealed on Kosovo Albanians representatives to continue negotiations. The Serbian side also invited US Ambassador Hill, and other international officials to negotiations. Kosovo Albanians representatives did not react to this appeal yet.

BiH Presidency member Jelavic said that postponing of the Special Relations Agreement signing does not contribute stabilisation of situation in this area of Europe. BiH Presidency member Izetbegovic made a press release on this issue and said that the Agreement was covered by the Dayton Agreement in whose conclusion Mr. Ganic did not take part, so that the delegation from Dayton is responsible for everything, including the special relations agreement. Ganic’s responsibility regards the very contents of the agreement.

Anto Domazed published the proposal for RTV BiH reformation into a public unified company with two language channels – in Croat and Bosnian. Sead Fetahagic said that such idea is disastrous and that he as well as the rest of the people equally understand Bosnian, Croat and Serbian languages. Such idea leads to division of BiH and it should be prevented prior it goes to the Parliament, for it will surely be adopted as suitable for national structures of authorities. As for the OBN, Haselock said that the International Community is not interested in commercial TV only, and OBN will be transformed in the future period.

Yesterday’s attempt of Bosniaks to visit Kotorsko near Doboj ended as an attempt only, fortunately without serious consequences of stoning. Instead of any conversation, representative of local community, Pavlovic presented the refugees a written decision that there are 1100 residents in this place and that no one can return before these residents are adequately accommodated. Refugees also consider IPTF and SFOR representatives, present at the occasion of violence outburst, accomplishes in this event, for not reacting to attempt of stoning.
