Srebrenica
12 Bosniacs, members of the local authorities, moved in two reconstructed houses in Srebrenica. The RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik demanded the international community to reconstruct water supply system in Srebrenica, as well as more aid for east part of Bosnia. 12 houses in village Podravanj, near Srebrenica have been reconstructed for the Serb returnees. The American Ambassador, Thomas Miller and the NATO Commander for Europe, Wesley Clark visited Srebrenica on the occasion. All refugees should return to their homes, said Clark. The RS Prime Minister offered his resignation to the SDA Chairman, Alija Izetbegovic. Instead of the Federal Parliament, the SDA will decide on Bicakcic’s resignation. The party should decide on this issue, said the SDA Vice-president, Halid Genjac. Potential candidates for the new Prime Minister are Hasan Muratovic and Safet Orucevic. The SDP Board member, Sejfudin Tokic said that this shows the way in which the leading parties function. He also said that Bicakcic’s successor will remain on this position only until the October elections.

The trial of 7 persons from Krusevo started before the Military Court in Nis. They are indicted of planing the murder of the Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic.

“Vecernje novine” announced the international tender on 29th February. As the international purchase is limited on 49%, there are not many interested buyers from abroad. For now, there is only one purchase offer from printing-office “Alden”, owned by Irfan Ljevakovic. The new owner of “Vecernje novine” will be known on 28th April. There are 8 women courts in the world. Their aim is to reveal many cases of violence against women. The International Conference on women courts will take place in December, in South Africa.
