2 Serbs were killed and several were injured in new incidents in Kosovo, the KFOR announced. The Serb village Gorazdevac was bombarded. No one was injured. Investigation is underway.

According to the Russian sources, Cechenian rebels decreased their attacks in the last few days.

An explosion took place in the capital of Zimbabwe last night, in front of the opposition magazine “Daily News” office.

The police protects several white farmers in Zimbabwe, in order to stabilise the situation.

Kosovo

The Spanish General, Juan Ortunno took over a command over the international troops in Kosovo. The Eurocorpus was founded in 1991. Their head office is in Strasbourg, and they closely co-operate with NATO. Ortunno is also the Eurocorpus Commander. Reported by Zeljka Lekic.

Banja Luka

The RS Assembly session should take place tomorrow. It is expected the Assembly Vice-president, Bosniac, to be appointed. Several draft laws should also be discussed, as well as the issue of confidence in Dodik’s Government. Reported by Tatjana Lajsic.

Sarajevo

After they won the elections, the SDS will probably have several new requests at tomorrow’s RS Assembly session, said Sulejman Tihic, the SDA Vice-president. If the voting about non-confidence in Dodik’s Government take place, the SNS votes will be decisive, he added. OBN journalist Sanjin Beciragic made the interview with Sulejman Tihic.

After a certain quantity of forged alcohol was confiscated, the investigation is taking place. The case was initiated by the Croatian company “Zvecevo” from Pozega, whose products were forged, and the consumers couldn’t notice the difference. The B&H budget is damaged for several million DM. The company “Dubrava vino” from Citluk was also under the investigation, as well as the company “Hepoc” from Mostar. Sarajevo

The Federal Tax Administration discovered 480 unregistered workers in the Federation of B&H. According to the unofficial information, there are 30 000-40 000 unregistered workers in 6 cantons in the Federation of B&H. Reported by Amarildo Gutic.

Banja Luka

According to the statistics, last year’s unemployment rate was almost the same in the RS and the Federation of B&H. Number of unemployed citizens increased during this year. Several private companies were registered, but their owners register only a few workers, and the rest of them remain unregistered. Citizens of Banja Luka are not very optimistic regarding this issue.
