Sarajevo
The BiH Federation Government decided to increase the price of diesel, engine gas and heating oil by 9,15 % in average. The Government explained its decision with the purchase problems. Also, the Government announced that the increase was economically justified and that the prices of other products on the market would not change. This was followed by an analysis, produced by Sanjin Beciragic for TV INFO, on the reasons for the increase of oil prices. There were some speculations that this was a game between the Government and the private owners where the citizens will probably have to suffer increase of the prices of all products on the BiH Federation market.
Tuzla
Some 300 workers of the Tuzla company “Polihem” went on strike today because their demands were not fulfilled. The decision was made after a session of the company’s syndicate board. The main reason for the strike is unpaid salaries, OBN reporter from the area, Damir Slepcevic, confirmed.
Sarajevo
As from today, taxes for high-tax goods are same all over Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was the last condition imposed by the International Monetary Fund to the BiH Federation in order to continue the credit arrangement between BiH and the World Bank. Banja Luka
Representatives from both houses of the BiH Parliament from the RS will restart their participation in the sessions of this joint institution. This was the main topic of the talks between the representatives from the RS in the BiH Parliament and the BiH Presidency Member, Zivko Radisic, and the Vice President of the RS, Mirko Sarovic, held in Banja Luka today, Nedeljka Breberina confirmed for TV INFO.

The factory of concrete from Kakanj will be privatized soon. The best conditions for the privatisation was offered by the German company “Heidelberger zement”. Prijedor
The IPTF Spokesperson, Allun Roberts, announced that approximately one hundred Bosniak families have returned to the Prijedor Municipality since December last year who were temporary located in Sanski Most. The Executive Board of the Prijedor Municipality made a decision to start with a project through which more than 3,500 construction sites will be delivered to the Serbs from the republic of Croatia and the BiH Federation who want to stay in Prijedor. Ilidza / Banja Luka
Mayors of the Ilidza and Srpska Ilidza municipalities agreed at today’s meeting to start up activities on the mutual support in connection to the refugee return and the exchange of information and data.
