The Office of the High Representative (OHR) invites qualified construction companies to send their “Expressions of Interest” documents for the:
A) Reconstruction of an office building located in Sarajevo , within the BiH Court premises, “Ramiza Salcina” barracks, size of the building in subject approximately 5.500 sqm. (Work shall be done in stages)
B) Construction of a new building, which will be connected to the reconstructed building mentioned above. This new two-storey high- tech. building will have a surface area of approximately 1.200 sqm.
C) Arrangement of the surrounding area (access road, fence, green area…)
Fields of work:
- Civil works
- Mechanical works
- Electrical works
- Water and sewage works
- Landscape works
- ICT works (Information, Communication technologies)
- Security installations (specialized works such as access control systems, CCTV, etc.)
Only those companies who pass this pre-selection process will be invited to bid.
As a part of the pre-qualification process, the companies must provide OHR with the following information:
1. Company name, address and name of the contact person
2. Copy of the company registration document
3. Human resources:
a. List of permanently employed people with their qualifications and job positions signed by the company’s personnel office. The company must have minimum 200 permanently employed people.
b. Number of part-time employees whose qualification is essential for the project of this type and size (description of their duties)
4. Copy of the Certificate proving that the company paid all contributions to PIO until June 2004
5. Copy of the Certificate proving that the company paid all contributions to health insurance until June 2004
6. Bank statement that the company is in possession or has access to at least 1,000,000 KM (one million KM)
7. Turnover for last three years not less than 10,000,000 KM (ten million KM) shown in financial statement issued by the company
8. List of similar projects performed in last three years whose value is not less than 2,000,000 KM (2 million KM) per contract. Please provide copy of the contracts signed with investors, investor’s contact names, telephone, fax numbers or e-mail addresses for clarification of information
9. Income statement and balance sheet for year 2003
10. If the company will hire subcontractors (for the size of work which can’t be higher than 40% of total value of the contract), please provide list of subcontractors
