In accordance with my authority under Annex 10 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Article XI of the Conclusions of the Peace Implementation Conference held in Bonn on 10 December 1997, I hereby
DECIDE
Article 73 of the Law on the Privatisation of State Owned Apartments, that was adopted by the Republika Srpska National Assembly and published in the Republika Srpska Official Gazette No. 11/00 on 25 April 2000, is null and void. The application of the Law on the Privatisation of State Owned Apartments shall occur only upon the issuance of a Decision by the High Representative.
This Decision shall be published in the Republika Srpska Official Gazette forthwith.
