Within the OHR’s Political Department, the Strategy Section is responsible for providing strategic policy advice, primarily to the High Representative, Lord Ashdown, but also to other OHR Principals.

The Senior Media Development Officer is responsible for providing policy advice to HR and SDHR(G) on matters of media development, ensuring effective implementation of set priorities.

The Senior Policy Advisor and Staff Coordinator to the Principal Deputy High Representative is responsible for rendering policy advice to the PDHR on all matters, supervising the staff, and developing program plans for implementing the many action items that come to the PDHR.

The Head of Field Office shall have primary responsibility for the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement and Decisions of the High Representative that pertain to her/his Area of Responsibility (AoR).

To coordinate and monitor the work of the Regional and Field offices, thereby strengthening and enhancing the inter-sectoral/departmental coordination between the HQ and the field.

This project aims to assist two of the largest first instance courts in BiH (the Sarajevo Municipal Court and the Banja Luka Basic Court) to reform their organization and administration following the restructuring process and in the light of other changes required for court operations due to new legislation and new Book of Rules.
