To coordinate and monitor the work of the Regional and Field offices, thereby strengthening and enhancing the inter-sectoral/departmental coordination between the HQ and the field.

Under the direct supervision of the Press Office Manager and the general supervision of the Deputy head of Press Office the Executive Administrator is to provide press guidance to OHR departments and administrative assistance to the operations of the OHR Press Office.

The incumbent is responsible for managing the economic section of the office for the implementation of the Final Award.

The Lawyer will assist the Secretariat of HJPC and the Land Registry Project in dealing with laws and regulations relating to the land registry, specifically in the development and monitoring of by-laws and procedures.

The Economist will assist the Secretariat of HJPC and the Land Registry Project, in dealing with organizational, financial and economic matters relating to the land registry, specifically in the development and monitoring of land registry infrastructure and budgets.

This project aims to assist two of the largest first instance courts in BiH (the Sarajevo Municipal Court and the Banja Luka Basic Court) to reform their organization and administration following the restructuring process and in the light of other changes required for court operations due to new legislation and new Book of Rules.
