The High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch, COMSFOR, General John B. Sylvester and UNHCR Chief of Mission Werner Blatter have invited ambassadors of countries assisting with the return process to visit by helicopter key areas of return across the country on Wednesday, 10 April 2002.

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, today issued a Decision suspending all judicial and prosecutorial appointments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, pending the restructuring of the judicial system.

The agencies involved in the Property Legislation Implementation Plan (PLIP), the OSCE, OHR, UNHCR, UNMIBH and CRPC, announced today that as of 28 February 2002, the PLIP statistics showed the following implementation rates.

The High Representative, Wolfgang Petritsch, today issued a Decision enabling municipal elections in Zepce to be held on the same day as this year’s general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The municipal elections will be held under the Election Law of BiH and are to be organised by the BiH Election Commission.
