By passing the Law on the Rights of Demobilised Soldiers the FBiH Parliament has made a promise that will either not be kept, or that will bring substantial financial hardship to the FBiH Government.

Statement: OHR Comment on the Draft Agreement on the Establishment of Parallel Relations between the RS and Serbia
The OHR has reviewed the draft Agreement on the Establishment of Parallel Relations between the RS and Serbia and finds that the agreement in itself is very similar to the 2001 agreement signed by the RS and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia which the OHR considered acceptable at the time.

OHR Supports International Financial Institutions on Veterans’ Law
The OHR today expressed its support for the unanimous position of the international financial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that the Federation Law on the Rights of War Veterans and Members of their Families, if enacted in its present form, would bring financial havoc to the Federation budget.
