Mostar, juni 2001. godine Obrazovanje mora biti prioritet za cijelu BiH, u istoj mjeri u kojoj su ekonomski oporavak i povratak izbjeglica prioriteti ­ i, svakako da ce efikasno organiziran i na odgovarajuci nacin proveden nastavni plan i program potpomoci ekonomski oporavak i povratak izbjeglica.

Radi se o Bosni, a ne o utopiji 28. juni 2001. godine Jedan od najuspjesnijih stranaca na dugoj listi onih koji se posljednju deceniju bave Bosnom i Hercegovinom, produzenjem svog mandata dobio je i formalnu medjunarodnu verifikaciju svog uspjesnog i izuzetno predanog rada.
