The RS Government attended the fifth Serb Congregation, which was held over the past two days in Northern Bavaria. The organiser is the Association of Serb and Yugoslav Clubs, which works in this German province. RS citizens who work and live in Northern Bavaria have had the opportunity to find out which way the RS is heading, what is new in law regulations, how the executive authority manage the new RS economic system.

The privatisation process is a part of the RS economic recovery and its transition to a market economy. The RS Government has prepared a set of laws, which are to be presented at the next RS NA session. These laws should provide fair, public and clear privatisation. The basic aim of privatisation is the transfer of state property into private property. The new Law is characterised by public participation with equal rights for all the participants and the right to choose companies in any part of the RS in which they intend to invest their vouchers or cash. The basic method of privatisation is a voucher, which is going to be given free of charge.
