The Office of the High Representative will sell following vehicles by process of sealed bid auction, ref. no WO/04/2004. Vehicles to be sold are as follows:

Following conditions apply:
Viewing of vehicles will be held on 13 July 2004, at the OHR Transport Facility located at Zmaja od Bosne 13 from 9:00 until 17:00 hours.
Potential bidders will be asked to supply identification at the time of viewing.
All vehicles will be sold ‘AS IS’, in current condition without guarantee or warranty. All costs relating to transfer of ownership including those re-registration, transport, repair and /or export shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Diplomatic registration plates cannot be transferred.
OHR shall accept no liability arising from the use of these vehicles after sale.
Bids must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 17:00 hours, 15 July 2004 and include following information:
Name, telephone number and address of Bidder
Lot number and offered price.
Separate bids must be submitted for each lot. Envelopes must be marked with reference number WO/04/2004, name of the bidder and lot number and submitted to the following address: OHR Procurement Section, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo , BiH.
Bids will be opened and reviewed on 16 July 2004 by a panel of OHR and Customs officers. The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and given 72 hours to pay for and pick up the vehicles from time of notification. All payments are to be made by bank transfer before the pick-up at which time the successful buyer will be required to sign a transfer of ownership document. OHR will not store vehicles after payment.
Award will be withdrawn if this or any condition stated herein is not met and award will go to the next highest bidder.
OHR reserves the right to end the bidding without sale.
