Supervisor Crishock: Brčko District has no time to lose

Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Louis Crishock met with Mayor Siniša Milić, Deputy Mayor Anto Domić and the newly appointed Brčko District Government, as well as with institutional representatives, Assembly Speaker Damir Bulčević, Deputy Speaker Ivo Filipović, and representative of the Prosecutor’s Office Radmilo Ivanović.

The meetings with District officials focused on addressing systemic challenges and enhancing institutional accountability in the District. Crishock emphasized the importance of interagency cooperation to respond to residents’ needs and tackle urgent issues effectively. He called for prompt, coordinated actions to ensure tangible progress on the reform and development agenda, to improve the lives of Brcko’s citizens.

“Collaboration is crucial for Brčko District to continue serving as a model of effective governance and accountability. I call on Brčko authorities to reinvigorate their efforts on the vital agenda that includes infrastructure development, private sector job creation, and strengthening anti-corruption measures. Brčko District has no time to lose,” said the Supervisor.

During his meeting with representative of the Prosecutor’s Office Radmilo Ivanović, Crishock expressed condolences at the unexpected passing of the Chief Prosecutor Zekerija Mujkanović.
