The High Representative and EU Special Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, today condemned the murder of Dusko Kondor, a Human Rights activist from Bijeljina and extended his sympathies to Mr. Kondor’s family and friends.
OHR has been in touch with law enforcement authorities and understands that investigations are ongoing and action has already been taken.
