Sale of Armoured Vehicle

Office of the High representative invites bids for the sale of the following armored vehicle:

• Make: BMW
• Type: 750 iAL
• Year of production: 1992
• Armored to level B6 in accordance with CEN
• Engine: V-12 fuel injection, 4988cm2, 222kw/300hp
• Colour: granite silver metallic
• Interior: black leather
• Options: air conditioner, cruise control, car phone, alarm system, electric rear seats, electric roller blind on rear screen, electric front seats, front airbags, intercom system, window lifters, explosafe fuel tank, run-flat system, etc.
• In driving condition and to our best knowledge free of accidence.

All modifications to the car in order to achieve B6 level were done by BMW AG Germany.

This vehicle was previously registered on German registration plates and was exported from Germany on 2001.

Vehicle must be exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Vehicle will be sold ‘AS IS’, in current condition without guarantee or warranty. All costs relating to transfer of ownership including those re-registration, transport, repair and /or export shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will have to pick up vehicle at OHR facility in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Diplomatic registration plates cannot be transferred. OHR shall accept no liability arising from the use of this vehicles after sale.

Bids must be received latest by 01 November 2004 on e-mail tender@ohr.int .

The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be notified and given 7 days to pay for and pick up the vehicles from time of notification. All payments are to be made by bank transfer before the pick-up at which time the successful buyer will be required to sign a transfer of ownership document.

OHR will not bear any costs of bidders in process of preparation of offer. OHR reserves the right to end the bidding without sale.
