Substantial Funds Continue to Flow into BiH – OHR Report
Almost three billion KM flowed into the BiH economy between July 2003 and July 2004, according to OHR’s monthly Economic Report, published today. The report, which draws together data from the Central Bank and the Entity Statistics Agencies to provide a monthly snapshot of the economy, found that bank deposits in KM (as opposed to Euro and other currencies) have expanded at a much higher rate than before and that the BiH money supply, which can only increase if holders of Euros and other foreign currencies exchange their currencies for KM, has increased significantly.
