News Summary

BiH Constitutional Court decision on BiH Council of Ministers

The BiH Constitutional Court held session in Neum and decided that the law on BiH Council of Ministers is unconstitutional. More precisely, justices of the BiH Constitutional Court believe that the established functions of Co-chairman and Deputy Co-chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers are not in accordance with the BiH Constitution. BiH Federation newspapers reported that the BiH Constitutional Court decided that competent institutions should coordinate the law on the BiH Council Ministers with the BiH Constitution within three months.
