The RS NA Speaker Dragan Kalinic scheduled a meeting of the Heads and the representatives of the parliamentary parties at which he is going to suggest that only two items be discussed at the session of the RS NA: the additional Arbitration decision on Brcko and supervision over the realization of the September elections in the RS and B&H.
Commenting on the RS NA special session scheduling, the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik stated that the Government believed that the session of the RS NA should be prepared better and delayed for few days, adding that the Assembly could not be a place at which the political parties fought but the place at which the laws for the benefit of the people would be brought.

Nenad Bastinac, General Secretary of the Party of Independent Social-Democrats confirmed that the deputies of that party were not going to attend the Assembly session in Doboj the day after and reiterated the reasons he already mentioned at the press conference held on Monday. He also stated that the Government would not put pressure on the local authorities to give permission for the construction of the Ferhadija mosque.

The caucus of the Coalition for Democratic and Single Bosnia is supposed to decide if the members of the Coalition are going to attend the RS NA session or not. Safet Bico the Head of the caucus stated that the deputies of the Coalition may not attend the RS NA session scheduled for April 15/16 in Doboj because it had been scheduled without consultations with the members of the Coalition who had been informed about its holding on Saturday evening.

The FRY President Slobodan Milosevic is intensively striving to persuade the RS Prime Minister Mile Dodik to include the representatives of the Serb Radical Party into the RS Government, the Beta Agency finds from the reliable recourses. According to the Beta, Momcilo Krajisnik and somebody from the leadership of the Socialist Party of RS met the FRY President Slobodan Milosevic yesterday. The HR Carlos Westendorp stated that the former RS President Radovan Karadzic must be arrested if he did not surrender to the Hague Tribunal on his own. He added that he (the HR) preferred the second option, i.e. that Radovan Karadzic surrenders on his own. The HR said that he did not have reliable information on where Radovan Kradzic stayed.
