News Summary

ICTY allows HN Cantonal Court to raise charges against four Bosniaks

The ICTY approved a decision to allow the HN Cantonal Court to raise charges against four Bosniaks suspected of committing war crimes in Herzegovina in 1993, Croatian media reports. As reported, the Bosniaks in question massacred 23 Croatian civilians in Grabovica. The court has already brought charges against five Croats from Mostar, who are accused of committing war crimes against Bosniaks, but they have not yet been arrested, stated UN Mostar spokesperson Stefo Lehmann.
