SNS press conference on eighth RS Assembly session, RS Government reconstruction, Petritsch decision and attack on Trajkovic

On Tuesday in Banja Luka, Chief of SNS Club in the RS Assembly Dragutin Rodic and Head of the SNS Information service Ostoja Barasin held a press conference. Rodic stated that a crisis in political relations exists in the RS. The Constitutional Law Commission started a process on ways to unblock the presidential office. Rodic added that RS Assembly had adopted two laws that will be supported by the SNS. The new RS Government could be adopted only when the presidential crisis is resolved. Rodic considers that only the Prime Minister can restructure his government. Speaking on the decision of High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch, Barasin stated that some obstacles would follow implementation of these new laws. The SNS condemned the attack on Serb Resistance Movement President Momcilo Trajkovic. Barasin asked the International Community to take measures against persons who obstruct the return of Serbs to Kosovo.

SNSD press conference on RS Assembly session, Petritsch decision

On Tuesday in Banja Luka, SNSD Executive Board member Slavko Mitrovic held a press conference and said that the personal and party interests are being promoted through live broadcasts of RS National Assembly sessions. Mitrovic informed journalists that the Assembly had adopted two laws. The SNSD believes that High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch, with his decisions, speeds the return of refugees and displaced persons. Both the OHR and RS Refugee Ministry should be responsible for return and that he expects these bodies to implement laws on abandoned property. SNSD asked authorized institutions not to evict the families of fallen soldiers and missing persons. The party also stated that they consider BiH to be a joint country.
