The request for enabling pensions to follow rate of salaries was rejected as well as the amendment which forbids returnees to purchase apartments in the five-year period. The amendment for one-year prolongation of the deadline for purchasing apartments was also adopted.

International organisations based in Mostar held regular press conference. OHR spokesman for Mostar, Riley said that OHR supports the initiative of the BiH Presidency on reciprocity returns to Mostar, Banja Luka and Sarajevo and that it should be implemented within the scheduled term.

RTV BiH made a report on living conditions of 67 Sarajevo paraplegics, war veterans, who all said that they live without any facilitation in their environment, regarding their present condition.

Federation President Andric-Luzanski and Co-president Ganic visited Central Bosnia Canton, meeting with Governor, Vice Governor, Premier and Deputy Premier on functioning of authorities in this canton. Representatives of the International Community were also present at these meetings. The safety situation in the canton was also discussed. At the meeting with Travnik municipality officials, one of the main topics was also establishment of the municipality.

Trial to eight Bosniaks indicted for crimes of terrorism was postponed today due to additional evidence. The eight accused were indicted for demolition of Croat houses in Bugojno, tracking of Bugojno police officers of Croat nationality and setting of explosive device in front of the house of Bugojno Municipality Council President, Mrso.
