More than 100 persons died in a train accident in North Germany today. More than 300 persons were injured and the accident occurred when a car passed the ramp and hit the speed train on relation Hannover – Hambug.

Federation and the RS Minister of Internal Affairs, Zilic and Stankovic signed the protocol on co-operation of these two ministries. OHR, UN and IPTF representatives were also present at the meeting. The main subjects of the meeting were the matters of Internal Affairs ministries of the interest of both entities.

Croatian delegation visited BiH today led by Croatian special envoy for relations with BiH, Greguric. The draft agreement was about special relations between BiH and Croatia was accorded, and it will be addressed to higher authorities for consideration and possible adoption.

Croatian and the RS delegations met n Zagreb today, discussing the maters of both-way return to BiH and Croatia. CoM Cochairman Silajdzic made a public announcement that says that this is exclusive jurisdiction of the Sate of BiH and that Dodik has no authorization to negotiate about this matter with another state. Silajdzic also said that the Republic of Croatia is trying to decrease its relations to relations with BiH entities, which is a violation of territorial integrity and sovereignty of BiH.

After yesterday’s meeting in Brcko Federation President Ganic said that his statement published in some media (Oslobodjenje) that says that Brcko remains in the RS is untrue and completely ridiculous. This was not the matter of discussion, the mater of discussion was how to speed the return process of Bosniaks and Croats to the RS and how to help Serbs return to their homes in the Federation.

European Bank approved 35.400 million DEM for reconstruction of telecommunications network.
Three-day conference on money exchange system was finished today in Sarajevo. The conference was organized by the BiH Central Bank and the main subject of the discussion was the Central Bank role in BiH as well as activities of money exchange council that is to be established and activities in the sense of establishing the new BiH currency.

HDZ BiH constitutive session was held today in Mostar. HDZ President Jelavic chaired the session and BiH FA Minister Prlic reacted on yesterdays news on establishment of the new HDZ party saying that HDZ was formed at the 5th HDZ congress, and that HDZ will determine the measures to be taken against all those who are not acting in accordance with the HDZ regulations.
