CoM Cochairman Silajdzic met with OSCE Mission chief in BiH, Barry. Silajdzic expressed his dissatisfaction with OSCE proposal that voters should be registered based on the census from 1991, that is, on the municipality they are currently living in. Opposite to this, DPA states that voters should be registered in the municipalities they lived before the war with exemption of those who voluntarily changed their place of living.

A heavy intrusion was carried out today at the offices of independent BiH magazine “DANI” by Ismet Bajramovic – Celo and four more persons. As said by DANI Editor in Chief, Pecanin, the group came into the newsroom threatening the personnel with toy-guns, claiming that Bakir Izetbegovic did not like the article published in the last issue of DANI. The police took statements of all present editorial members and Bajramovic and his group are expected to appear before the court.

OHR Banja Luka representative, Fernandez visited Banja Luka Mufti Halilovic and informed him about conversation between HR deputy Schumacher and Banja Luka Mayor Umicevic. On this occasion, Umicevic informed Schumacher that local authorities would approve reconstruction of all mosques in Banja Luka except for Ferhadija Mosque. Mufti Halilovic demanded Ferhadija to be reconstructed at the same location where it was before the war, and demanded that Umicevic apologise to Bosniak people for his insults and humiliation of Bosniak people.
