New York – Today’s New York Times published news informing that the US have abandoned all plans to seize Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic, Bosnian Serbs indicted for the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in BiH. According to the NY Times, the American Army has used some tens of millions of dollars in the last two years for elaborating the plans in which commandos would carry out this task. The military officials have allegedly given up such an operation fearing that it would provoke further bloodshed if the Serbs induced to revenge, carry out new aggressive acts. The latest American strategy is to tighten the political and economic circle around Karadzic and Mladic so much that they finally voluntarily fall into the hands of the SFOR soldiers.
