New fighting was registered in Kosovo at the borderline area with Albania. Movements of Serbian forces are often as well accumulation of army and police in various areas of Kosovo. Serbian delegation in Rambouillet generally agreed with the peace agreement, and Albanian side has objections on almost every paragraph of the agreement. FRY President Milosevic said that the Government would not allow presence of foreign troops in Kosovo territory, TANJUG press agency reported.

BiH Association of War Prisoners addressed a letter to Brcko Arbiter, Owen, in which they demanded him to make final decision on Brcko, because “postponing of the decision would mean postponing of return, Dayton and support of war crimes.”

At the session of “Circle 99” OSCE Mission head Barry said that permanent electoral law in BiH should not exist for some time, until the public debate is carried out on what should the law be like. Barry said that OSCE is to form councilor body, which would be consisted of BiH citizens, in order to assist the public debate in the country.

Import of goods in BiH with no control or customs is the reason why the state is losing significant revenues from the budget, while implementation of the Federal law on ceasing of non-customs traffic of goods with neighbouring countries, passed upon initiative from the High Representative is the reason of decreased traffic on border-crossings where this law is being implemented.
