NATO stroke the seat of the Socialist Party of Serbia, the building of former Communist Party Central Committee, which is also the seat of a radio station and a TV station ruled by the government. In last night’s attacks, another bridge on the Danube River was destroyed, which makes the total of 22 destroyed bridges in whole Serbia.

Montenegrin Government warned they would remove the checkpoint that the Yugoslav Army has established at the border with Croatia. Yugoslav Army turned away journalists of the Croatian Split-based weekly “Feral Tribune”, because “they did not have appropriate credentials issued by the Yugoslav administration.” Army members who halted the journalists said they would not recognise the credentials issued by Montenegrin authorities.

The “Kosovapress” Agency reported that fighting intensified at the border with Albania. “Kosovapress” reported that Serbian forces burned and plundered the Sljivova village, but KLA 161 brigade responded to the attacks and have killed eleven Serbian soldiers. Drunken members of Yugoslav Army reserve forces attacked Kosovar refugees and residents of the Montenegrin town of Rozaje, and have killed six people, UNHCR said.

BiH Federation House of Representatives continued its session, discussing, among other issues, the problems with the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, and the draft Law on the Federal Television. Federation Prosecutor Babic said that re-organisation of the Law on Public Prosecution is necessary, because the Federation Prosecutor’s Office has no jurisdiction over cantonal prosecution. The second part of the session was dedicated to the draft Law on the Federation Television, but the session was ceased, due to the lack of quorum. (71 delegate was present out of 72 which is required for the quorum)

The HDZ President Ante Jelavic severely reacted to US Special Envoy Gelbard’s statement, and said that this statement “has crossed over the framework of every diplomatic codes of behaviour, in his believe that he is allowed to do anything in BiH and Croatia.”
