TV BiH News Summary

OSCE has not comprehended BiH Constitutional Court ruling on constituents of three BiH people throughout BiH – BPS (00:39)

The Bosniak Patriotic Party (BPS) considers that the OSCE comprehends the BiH Constitutional Court ruling on the constituents of all three people in the sense of the constituents of the three people in two entities, which strengthens entity sovereignty, not the sovereignty of BiH citizens. According to the BPS, the BiH public is not fully aware of the fact that BiH, as a country, exists for as long as the International Court of Justice [possibly referring to BiH suit in this court against Yugoslavia]. BiH, in the ICJ sense, exists until the full implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement. Meanwhile, the BPS calls on BiH citizens and parties to be aware of the fact that the total failure to implement the Dayton Peace Agreement will not create a legal vacuum, but that BiH will revert to its previously held legal status, which is the Republic of BiH (RBiH).
