BiH Federation Parliament HoR held a session today, discussing the Agreement on Special Relations between BiH Federation and Croatia. Delegate Ajanovic proposed that a procedure should be initiated for replacement of Federation President Ganic, but this proposal won only three votes. BHTV news reporter from Zagreb carried press release of Croatian Premier Matesa and FA Minister Granic, who said that it is not known when the agreement will be signed. Matesa said that great efforts have been put to this agreement and that it would be direct violation of the DPA, if the agreement is not signed.

Romanian President Konstantinescu visited BiH today. Konstantinescu met with BiH FA Minister Prlic and his two deputies Zivalj and Bozanic, as well as the BiH Presidency Chairman Radisic and members Izetbegovic and Jelavic. Main issues of the conversation were situation in BiH, DPA implementation, co-operation with European countries and analysis of bilateral relationships with Romania. Konstantinescou also visited Romanian SFOR members in BiH.

RTV BiH Provisional Steering Board said that the draft Law on BiH Federation RTV will be addressed to the Federation Government for discussion. It was said that this law covers two channels with equal presence of BiH ethnic structures, both in production and the programme.

Circle 99 held a special discussion, hosting HR Westendorp, and his associates Ian Martin, Marta Arpio, Roland Salvisberg, and Victoria Garcia. In his short speech, Westendorp discussed the DPA implementation, economic, educational and police reforms, and said that at this point the priority of the International Community is refugee return. Unofficially, two more subjects should be RTV BiH reconstruction and the Special Relations Agreement.

Serbian delegation, led by Serbian President Milutinovic, arrived to Pristina for negotiations with Kosovo Albanians. Milutinovic held conversation with everybody but the right side, since Kosovo Albanians representatives did not arrive to the meeting.

“Sutjeska” Primary school in centre of Modrica is suspected to hold a mass grave in the schoolyard. Exhumations started today, and it is supposed that there are about 10 Bosniak and Croat victims, killed in June 1992. Complete security is being carried out by the Serb police station in Modrica.
