The Agreement on Special Relations between BiH and Croatia was not signed today in Zagreb. In an interview for the RTV BiH, Federation President Ganic said that the Agreement should firstly be reviewed by the Federation Parliament HoR and then signed. Croatian FA Minister Granic said that Croatia deeply regrets for the agreement was not signed today, adding that this may impose the question of the purpose of the agreement, which is opposite the DPA. HR Principal Deputy Klein said that the postponing prevents the citizens of both countries to have the benefit of this agreement, and added that this was irresponsible behaviour. US Special envoy Sclar said that this was another example of how Bosnian authorities fail to work in their own interest. RTV BiH also published Klein’s press release issued today from the OHR. Ganic’s cabinet also issued a press release which says that the press published Granic’s statement that the agreement enables legal financing of HVO in BiH. Ganic said that there is no such regulation in the agreement or a regulation that could be interpreted so.

Delic, Landzo and Mucic were sentenced for crimes committed in the war-camp Celebici, while Zejnil Delalic was released due to lack of evidence that he was supervisor in the Celebici camp in 1992. BiH TV news comment – A careful observer of Hague sentences cannot fail to notice the fact that the sum of years in sentence implies that Bosnian side is the most convicted.
